The experience at Hyatt Ziva was memorable, especially the

comfort of the beds and the stunning view from our balcony. However, the hot tub on our balcony didn’t heat up as expected despite prompt service. The beach was beautiful, but the pool area could use more seating for peak times.

Can't recommend highly enough for a budget stay

Gorgeous grounds, delicious food, the infinity pool was my favorite spot during my stay as I loved taking in the beautiful views while relaxing by the water.

Great staff, but watch the food!

The staff is super friendly and drinks by the pool came fast, which was awesome. The Blaze restaurant had a nice vibe, but I got really sick after eating there. Also, the AC struggled a bit when it turned on and off. Overall, decent but needs work.

i recently stayed for 7 nights and had an amazing experience. the staff was incredibly helpful, and the food was delightful, far better than my previous stay in puerto vallarta. the ocean view from my king room was breathtaking, making each morning a memorable one.

I stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the beautiful beach and the lovely infinity pool, which were perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay feel special, always accommodating my needs. I particularly loved the variety at the breakfast buffet, especially the juice bar and fresh fruit options. However, the air conditioning in my room could have been stronger, which was a bit uncomfortable during my stay.
