Clean secured hotel with well-trained and hard-working staff. Best possible and quiet location 800 ft from Playa Estaca. Found in a beach area.

We had the best sleep on the incredibly comfortable beds, feeling like we were floating on a cloud. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, allowing us to wake up refreshed and free from any stiffness or soreness. The pillows were also fantastic. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, even moving our room to one closer to an outside exit to accommodate our dogs' needs. The convenient location on the main highway made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, and we appreciated being able to find a spot where our furry friends could relieve themselves.

For us, it was ideal.

The accommodation was clean, the room was a nice size and well-equipped. Really enjoyed our rooms with a double bed. The staff was wonderfully helpful plus the location was best possible and quiet.

We had an unforgettable time at Hyatt Ziva. The beach was amazing, private, and safe. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us. The service was excellent, making sure we had everything we needed. Our room had a beautiful view.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, it was fairly nice for a WONDERFUL Christmas family vacation. Everything was beautiful, the parking was on-site, the room was huge. We ate at a top-notch restaurant for dinner. The hotel's staff was incredibly welcoming.

I thought the food was good for an all inclusive; also the service was very good.

Problems with credit card machine when checking in. Bathroom in old tower was updated, but could have been cleaner.

The hotel was in a secluded location on the beach in a bay like area. The room itself was brand-new here with a hot tub on the private balcony and the view was incredible, for instance. Professional people were working here.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a great view. We enjoyed the spa and the excellent service. Despite some loud guests by the swim-up pool, our stay was peaceful. we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We would definitely consider staying at this resort again.

I was offered a room with spectacular views of the ocean. The location was best possible and spectacular and the free parking was onsite.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our couples getaway. The resort is right off the beach, offering stunning views of the ocean. The rooms were clean and stocked with everything we needed, including a mini fridge. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff members always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the gym and private beach.

Some guests mentioned a slight sewage smell in the rooms, which could be improved.
